Set in McCarthy-era New York, SHIMMER is a new musical that interrogates America’s history of discrimination, featuring music by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Anthony Davis, lyrics by critically-acclaimed Broadway librettist Michael Korie, and book by New York Times best-selling author  Sarah Schulman, based on the novel by Sarah Schulman.
